Introducing Kristy’s Korner
To further enhance the golfing experience at Kingswood (and promote the club) we are introducing Kristy's Korner, an on-line library of instructional videos featuring our head professional, Kristy Gleason.
Kristy has produced three short videos to get the program started:
- Tips On Putting
- Becoming a Better Lag Putter
- Becoming a Better Chipper
To view these videos, go to www.kingswoodgolfclub.com and select Kristy's Korner from the School of Golf menu.
If you have suggestions for Kristy about topics you would like to see covered, I am sure she would be glad to hear from you.
We will be providing direct access to Kristy’s Korner from the club home page and promoting it to the public in our new Kingswood Newsletter. Check it out!
Although the Newsletter is directed to the golfing public, feel free to sign up for the mailing list to see what we are promoting. Simply go to the club web site (kingswoodgolfclub.com) and enter your email address in the sign-up block on the right hand side.
See you on the course,
Mike Gallup

Women Only Class – 5pm-6:30pm Thursdays – June 2, 9, 16, 23
Half the class will be spent on Full Swing and half on the short game (putting, chipping, sand). Last class is on the golf course! (Rules and Etiquette)
Tee Marker Ad Signs Available
You are all familiar with the granite tee markers we have at each Kingswood hole. Those markers also hold removable, custom made advertising signs that we “sell” for $250 a year. That money goes a long way toward funding the marketing budget that promotes the club.
One sign (and possibly a second) has become available. It is on the 14th tee.
The Club pays for the production of the sign and will have it made to the buyer’s specifications; including company logo. If you know of any prospects, please have them contact me.
Thanks,
Mike Gallup
