Golf Privileges
- Members are expected to be current on dues and charges. Any Member in excess of 45 days past due will be “on notice” and may be posted as delinquent. Delinquent Members will be given a 15-day grace period to become current.
- Members may reserve tee times up to 14 days in advance.
- Active Member’s children and grandchildren under the age of 14 may play golf with the Member at no charge Monday – Thursday and after 2:00 PM Friday – Sunday and on holidays.
- Guest privileges and fees apply only when playing with a Member and no other discounts/promotion can be applied.
- Guests are limited to play only 6 times in a season when playing with any Member. After 6 rounds, the standard public fee will apply.
- The Pro Shop will record the names of guests and frequency of play.
- Targeted pace of play for 18 holes is 4 hours and 10 minutes.
- Course Rangers have discretion to encourage playing through and skipping a hole, when necessary, to avoid slow play problems.
- Kingswood has reciprocity agreements with clubs in the White Mountains and the East coast of Florida. See Reciprocal Agreements on page 25 for details.
- Handicap scores electronically entered will be calculated through GHIN at an annual cost to the Member. The annual fee will be determined by the Board of Directors.
- Guests can be invited to play as a substitute in Sanctioned Groups up to 6 times per season, as long as they reside at least 25 miles from the Club.
- Non-member guests living inside the 25-mile radius are not permitted to play in the Sanctioned Groups.
